St Georges Park Cricket Ground
Tickets are available at the stadium's ticket office and through Ticketpro and NO tickets will be available after the stadium capacity of 1 500 has been reached.
Cricket South Africa (CSA) regulations require that all persons entering the stadium must be fully vaccinated.
Fans will need to show their vaccination certificate and proof of identity before entering the grounds, however, children under 12 do not have to show proof of vaccination.
Some 7 440 balls (excluding no-balls) will be bowled during 1 240 overs in 31 matches over the month-long event which will see eight high-performance teams playing at the iconic stadium from Monday 7 February to Sunday 27 February.
In addition to the main field, the ground staff have also had to prepare the practice field and nets, according to head groundsman Adrian Carter.
It will be the biggest challenge in his 25-year career at St George's, he says.
"We are all very excited about having televised matches back at the stadium, but we are also in uncharted territory. No other stadium in South Africa has hosted this much cricket over such a short period of time."
"Truthfully, although it is stressful preparing and maintaining the grounds, it is great to have the adrenalin pumping again," says Carter.
The action gets underway at 10h00 on Monday when Six Gun Grill Western Province takes on the GBets Rocks from Paarl.
The second game in Monday's doubleheader is at 14h30 between the Momentum Multiply Titans and tournament hosts the GBets Warriors.
