IRONMAN South Africa has opened entries for the Isuzu Corporate Triathlon Challenge powered by AlgoaFM.
The triathlon event will act as the curtain raiser for the IRONMAN 70.3 and full IRONMAN event, and will take place on Saturday, 02 April 2022 at Kings Beach.
Both the inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Nelson Mandela Bay and 17th IRONMAN African Championship will take place the following day.
The Corporate Triathlon Challenge will be 10% of the IRONMAN African Championship race distance and consist of a 380m swim at Kings Beach and 18km bike ride up and down Marine Drive and a 4.2km run on the Humewood/Summerstrand beachfront promenade finishing at Kings Beach.
Relay teams of two or three athletes will be allowed to enter; athletes share different disciplines of the triathlon, or they can choose to enter the event as an individual.
