President Jacob Zuma is meeting with the Nelson Mandela Bay Civil Society Coalition during his visit to the Metro on Tuesday.
The president will lead a delegation of 12 government ministers as well as Eastern Cape premier, Noxolo Kiviet, MEC's and the Nelson Mandela Bay Mayoral Committee under the leadership of mayor, Benson Fihla.
Zuma's meeting with the Civil Society Coalition is a follow up to a promise he made during a recent meeting in Pretoria that he would come to Nelson Mandela Bay to address the concerns of organised business and civil society groups.
Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber, CEO, Kevin Hustler, says they're looking forward to a constructive engagement with the president on the challenges facing the Metro and finding a solutions-orientated way forward.
During his visit, president Zuma will also have a community engagement at the Nangoza Jebe Hall in New Brighton.
