Zuma hands over library in EL

President Jacob Zuma has encouraged people to go out in their numbers to vote in the general elections next week.

Zuma made a brief address at the official opening of a community library in Mdantsane, East London, Friday afternoon.

President Zuma also urged the people of Mdantsane to look after their facilities, such as the library, and refrain from destroying what's already built when unhappy with service delivery.

He was accompanied by education minister Angie Motshekga, premier Noxolo Kiviet, arts and culture Xoliswa Tom and buffalo city metro mayor Zukiswa Ncitha.
