The rape case against thirty-three year old Xolile Tose continued in the Port Elizabeth High Court on Tuesday
A tearful 8-year old girl testified in camera for the second straight day, about her harrowing 15-hour ordeal at the hands of Tose.
During Tuesday's proceedings the little girl conveyed to the State Prosecutor Marlini Moodley that she was scared.
The victims fearful response followed the states question surrounding the happenings at the house that the alleged incident took place.
The little girl had to stand down due to her non-responsiveness and at this stage it is not clear whether she will continue to testify.
The child now has to wear a colostomy bag due to the severity of the injuries she suffered in the brutal 2011 attack.
A second witness in the case, Constable Luvuyo Maneli was also called to the stand to give an account of the crime scene in Motherwell.
The trial continues.
