A young Port Elizabeth woman has died after falling out of a moving car on the N2 in the Deal Party area.
Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg, says 24-year-old Joslin January was among a group of four women and two men who went on an outing to Brighton Beach.
On their way back to Gelvandale, one of the car's rear doors opened and she fell out.
She died at the scene.
The driver of the car stopped, and after the other three women climbed out, he and the other man sped away.
Janse van Rensburg says the car was a brown Mercedes-Benz, year model unknown.
She says police are looking for the men, and anyone with information has been requested to contact the police.
