Murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou's bail application has been postponed in the Port Elizabeth magistrate's court.Magistrate Este Petzer, postponed proceedings until Wednesday next week on behalf of Magistrate Abigail Beeton on Friday morning.
Lawyers for the State and the Defence held discussions in chambers on Thursday with Beeton on technicalities regarding case documents.This is Panayiotou's third attempt to be released after Beeton refused him bail in June last year.
He was unsuccessful on appeal in the Grahamstown High Court.Panayiotou is accused of orchestrating the murder of his school teacher wife, Jayde, in April Last year.
The murder trial will start on the Third of October.
