Wreath laying ceremony to commemorate Hani assassination

The SA Communist Party in collaboration with the Ekurhuleni Metro will host a wreath laying ceremony in commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the assassination of the late SACP General Secretary, Chris Hani.

The wreath laying ceremony will take place on Wednesday morning at Thomas Nkobi Memorial Park in Boksburg.

President Jacob Zuma is listed as one of the guest speakers, along with Cosatu General Secretary Zwelinzima Vavi and SACP General Secretary Blade Nzimande.

The SACP says it will use the occasion to re-launch its Financial Sector Campaign.
