About 50 workers at Kouga Wind Farm in the Oyster Bay area marched to the company gates on Monday where they presented a memorandum of grievances to the company.
Company spokesperson, Chris Els, says the grievances relate to rates and conditions of employment.
He says they are busy studying the contents of the memorandum with a view to finding ways of addressing the workers grievances.
Police kept an eye on the march which went off peacefully.
