 Eastern Cape police are investigating a case of murder after a 32 year old woman from Michausdal died of multiple head injuries.

He says its alleged that the deceased had gotten into a fight with her boyfriend after which she was admitted to hospital before being transferred to a hospital in Port Elizabeth.

Stone says she was discharged on Tuesday but died while en route to Cradock.

He says a 26 year old man was arrested and will also appear in court on Thursday.
