Woman arrested for dagga possession

 A woman was arrested in Mthatha for having 880kg of dagga in her possession.

Fatyela says police found eight bags of the drug in her car.

He says the 53-year-old was arrested during a roadblock on Monday.

The street value of the confiscated dagga is R880 000.

Fatyela says police are looking for the driver of the vehicle, who got away.

The woman will appear in the Mthatha Magistrate's Court on Monday.
