Two people were killed following a collision on the R335 Addo Road on Friday.
Police spokesperson Captain Andre Beetge says the accident happened shortly after 7 am at the Old Grahamstown Road crossing.
He says the driver of a white Quantum Minibus with a trailer collided with a section of a truck before he overturned.
A 40-year-old woman and a 14-year-old boy died on the scene while 12 other people, including the driver, were injured.
The injured include three children aged four and 11.
The 50-year-old truck driver was not injured.
A case of culpable homicide is under investigation.
