The controversial Nigerian pastor, Timothy Omotoso and his two-co accused will be back in the Port Elizabeth High Court on Tuesday.
The Court will hear all 97 charges against him, Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho.
This comes after the trio lost their Constitutional Court bid earlier this month.
Omotoso’s lawyer, Peter Daubermann, had argued that the court did not have the authority to hear the entire matter, as some of the alleged offences took place outside Port Elizabeth, as well as abroad.
But the Highest Court in the land dismissed the application, saying it had no reasonable prospects of success.
The three are facing charges that include rape and human trafficking.
Omotoso has been in custody since his arrest in April 2017, while his co-accused are both out on bail.
This is a new trial which started afresh on the 30th of July 2019 and so far not a single witness has been called to testify.
A new trial was ordered after Judge Mandela Makaula recused himself.
There was no application for him to do so, but he made the decision in the interest of justice after it came to light that some of the state witnesses in the trial had been staying in a guesthouse in Port Elizabeth which is owned by his wife.
