Award-winning actor Michael B Jordan will launch Creed II in South Africa and meet his fans at the end of November as he kickstarts his international publicity tour in Mzanzi.
Jordan, who portrays the role of Adonis Creed is also an executive director in the new film.
Creed 2 is the continuation of the Rocky saga and sequel to the critically acclaimed and crowd-pleasing 2015 hit Creed which earned more than $170 million at the box office.
Jordan, co-star Florian Big Nasty Munteanu, Adonis’s fearsome opponent Viktor Drago, and director Steven Caple Jr (The Land), will hold a press briefing in Johannesburg.
Jordan will also greet fans at a special premiere event.
Distributed by Empire Entertainment, Creed II will arrive in South African cinemas on November 30.
