Vavi at daughter's bedside following horror accident

Zwelinzima Vavi, has not officially commented yet on a ruling in the Johannesburg High Court on Friday which overturned his suspension in Cosatu.

Vavi tweeted on Friday while he understands the media are just doing their job, he's sitting at his eldest daughter Phumeza's bedside in a Queenstown hospital.

She was seriously injured in an accident Wednesday night between a mini-bus taxi and a bakkie on the road between Queenstown and Cofinvaba.

A short while ago Vavi tweeted that his daughter will be transferred to an East London hospital for further treatment.

Seven people were killed and ten people in total injured in the crash.
