Uitenhage police say they plan a peaceful march against drug abuse on Sunday.
Spokesperson, WO Basil Seekoei says police members, church leaders, community leaders, schools and concerned citizens will take part in the march.
He says they aim to highlight the seriousness of drug abuse amongst people of all walks of life.
Seekoei says the march will start at 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon at the corner of Acasia and Kingfisher streets in Rosedale, Uitenhage.
He says the general public is welcome to participate.
