Uitenhage police have arrested a 22-year old suspect for the possession of suspected stolen goods valued at over R30 000.
Warrant Officer Gerda Swart says police were patrolling Winterhoek drive on Wednesday when they noticed the man carrying several electrical appliances.
Swart says upon further investigation police discovered the man and two other suspects had broken into a house earlier in the same street.
The electrical equipment was handed back to the owner.
The suspect will appear in court soon on charges of house robbery and possession of suspected stolen goods.
Two suspects are still at large.
