Uitenhage: 104 arrested

 Police in Uitenhage arrested 104 people for various crimes over the past weekend

Spokesperson Warrant Officer Gerda Swart says the arrests varied from dealing in drugs, attempted murder, drunk driving, robbery, assault and theft.

Forty Five traffice fines were also issued

Swart says police will continue their efforts to fight crime in the Uitenhage cluster

The suspects will appear in court soon
