The United Democratic Movement says its national leadership will lead a service delivery march on behalf of the OR Tambo Region in Mthatha next week.
Party leader, Bantu Holomisa says the purpose of the march is to hand over the community's list of service delivery grievances to Eastern Cape premier, Noxolo Kiviet.
"We met earlier this year and resolved to help some communities to take their service delivery concerns to government. On the 17th of April the leadership of the UDM will lead a service delivery march. We have invited the premier of the EC to receive the grievances" Holomisa said.
He says grievances range from inadequately resourced clinics and hospitals, constant power failures, and impassable roads to unreliable water supplies.
