Port Elizabeth police are on a manhunt for an unknown number of suspects, after two teenagers were shot and killed and a man in his 30's was wounded in the city's northern areas late on Saturday evening.
Spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu says the three victims were sitting on the corner of Lodewyk and Burke Streets in Bloemendal, when a silver/blue Toyota Corolla approached them.
She says a number of men got out from the vehicle and started shooting at them.
Naidu says Dirkie Ruiters and Crayton Van Belling, both aged 16, were fatally wounded and died at the scene, while a 32-year old was shot in the arm.
She said the victims had no gang affiliation and the motive for the shooting was unknown.
