The National Sea Rescue Institute in Stilbaai was requested by Medical Emergency Services to assist at the scene of a head-on collision between a motorcycle and a car on the R305, about 8 kilometres outside the town.
Spokesperson, Craig Lambinon says two local men on the motorcycle and a motor vehicle collided on a blind bend on Saturday afternoon.
He says both men on the motorcycle suffered multiple critical injuries, and were transported by ambulance to a hospital in George.
One of the injured remains on life support.
Lambinon says the driver of the car, who was alone in the vehicle, was not injured.
