Two people have been killed and two others wounded when a gunman opened fire on four men sitting at the back of a house in Searle Road in Schauderville, Port Elizabeth.
Police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, said on Wednesday that two men, aged 27 and 34, were fatally wounded while the other two, aged 28 and 33, sustained gunshot wounds.
The names of the victims have not yet been released.
The latest killings bring to five the number of people who were shot dead in suspected gang-related activities in Schauderville in the past few days.
On Sunday night three men were shot and killed at a house in Lawler Street.
No arrests have been made in either case.
