Gelvandale detectives in Port Elizabeth's northern areas are investigating a case of attempted murder after two men in their 20's were shot while walking in Gale Road late on Thursday night.
Warrant Officer Alwin Labans says several shots were fired at the men by unknown attackers.
One of the men was struck in the left knee and the other twice in the left leg.
They're both been treated at Livingston Hospital.
Labans says police are investigating the possibility of the incident being gang related.
