Two killed in head-on collision near Knysna

Two people have been killed in a head-on-collision on the N2, about 5 km outside of Knysna, in the direction of Plettenberg Bay.

Police spokesperson, Capt Malcolm Pojie says a Toyota Quantam minibus collided head-on with a white VW Jetta on Friday morning.

He says a man and a woman in the Jetta died at the scene.

Pojie said 16 people in the minibus were injured.

The cause of the accident is not known.
