Port Elizabeth police are investigating two cases of murder and one of attempted murder in Kleinskool in the city's northern areas.
Spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu says in the first incident on Friday evening, a gunman opened fire on four men who were walking between Extension 27 and Kleinskool.
She says 31-year-old Eugene George sustained several gunshot wounds and died on the scene, while the other three escaped unharmed.
In the second incident on Saturday morning, police investigating a shooting incident in Kleinskool found the body of a 19-year-old man who sustained a number of gunshot wounds.
Naidu says the victim, 27-year-old Bramley Meyer, was walking with a friend when a suspect approached and started shooting at them.
She says the friend ran away, but was wounded in the buttocks and ankle.
Naidu says both incidents were gang-related, and no arrests have yet been made.
