Two people were killed in an accident on Maku road in Motherwell, Gqeberha on Saturday evening.
Provincial traffic department spokesperson, Unathi Binqose says the driver of a Toyota LDV lost control of the vehicle and it overturned before hitting the wall of a yard.
He says both occupants were thrown out of the vehicle.
Both men were declared dead at the scene.
Binqose says it is alleged that reckless and negligent driving contributed to the accident.
Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
