Two killed after light aircraft crash near Plett

Two men were killed when their light aircraft crashed near the Plettenberg Bay Airport on Monday night.

Police Spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies says the accident happened shortly after 6 pm.

He says one man died in the accident and another was critically injured and taken to hospital.

The man died from his injuries on Tuesday morning.

The names of the deceased have not yet been released.
