Police in Dutywa in the Eastern Cape arrested two people for allegedly selling permits to people wanting to travel to Cape Town.
Provincial police spokesperson, Brigadier Tembinkosi Kinana, said SAPS members followed up on information and arrested the two, aged 20 and 39 on Sunday.
He said they also seized two laptop computers and two printers from the men, who reside in Dutywa.
Brigadier Kinana said they will be charged with fraud and for contravening Disaster Management Regulations.
The two are due to appear in court on Monday.
