Two die in separate Garden Route tractor accidents

 Two people were killled in two separate tractor accidents on the Garden Route.

Police spokesperson, Captain Bernadine Steyn, says 41 year old farmer Emile Welgemoed was killed on Saturday.

She says he was working on his farm near Herolds Bay when the tractor fell into the river, pinning him underneath.

In the second incident yesterday, farmworker Jacob Meyer, was killed when a tractor fell on him on a farm in the George area.

Steyn says culpable homicide dockets have been opened in both cases.
