Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide following a multi-vehicle accident on the N10 on Monday.
A spokesperson for police Colonel Priscilla Naidu says the accident happened at about 7.30 am roughly 40 km from Nxuba.

The truck driver died on the scene while seven people from the bakkie were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The road is currently closed and motorists are urged to make use of an alternative route until the scene is cleared.
