Port Elizabeth police have arrested three men at Khayamnandi, Despatch, for dealing in drugs.
Captain Gerda Swart says members of the Despatch and Kwanobuhle police station received a tip-off earlier on Tuesday of a vehicle transporting drugs.
Swart says police spotted the car travelling in Butisa Street and pulled it over.
She says they found 139 bundles of khat with a street value of R2085.00 wrapped in plastic bags.
The trio will appear in the Uitenhage Magistrate's Court on Thursday on drug related charges.
Uitenhage deputy Cluster Commander, Brigadier Ronald Koll applauded the members for the arrests.
