A Police task team in Ntabunkulu is looking for a child who went missing on Friday evening.
Spokesperson Warrant Officer Zilungile Nkamba says they suspect that the 19-month old child followed his grandfather, who went outside to collect his cattle.
He says the man did not notice the child following him and only suspected it when he realised the toddler was missing.
A task team has been established and have been looking for the child ever since.
