Toddler and 6 others die in horror crash outside Grahamstown

 Seven people were killed and four others injured in a three car pile-up on the N2 between Grahamstown and Port Elizabeth on Tuesday morning.

Netcare 911 says the victims included a child aged about two and that all seven died on impact. Four people sustained minor injuries.

Police captain Mali Govender says the accident happened at about 8.20am at Seven Fountains, 30 kilometres outside Grahamstown.
