Police in Gqeberha have launched a manhunt for suspects after three people were shot and killed in New Brighton on Sunday.
Police spokesperson Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says the youngest victim was only 15-years-old.
She says police in New Brighton responded to a complaint of a shooting incident in Mbeki Crescent shortly before 4 pm.
Captain Janse van Rensburg says on arrival members found a Mazda 323 with three deceased people inside.
They all sustained gunshot wounds.
One male victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The victims were identified as the 15-year-old Sibabalwe Kasibe, the 19-year-old Phunyezwa Krayi and the 22-year-old Simangaliso Kraya.
Police say the motive for the killing is unknown at this stage.
