Three killed in PE road accident

 Three people, including a husband and wife, have been killed in an accident between a truck and a minibus taxi in John Tallant Road in Deal Party, Port Elizabeth.

Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says the accident happened during peak traffic on Thursday morning.

She says 11 people were injured, and taken to hospital for further treatment.

Janse van Rensburg says the cause of the accident is not known.

Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
