Willowmore police arrested three suspects who allegedly stole mohair from a local farm last week.
Police spokesperson Captain Bradley Rawlinson says the suspects aged 19, 37 and 38 were arrested on Monday when police received information about the whereabouts of their vehicle.
He says detectives followed up on the information and found the Ford Bantam bakkie on a gravel road, 45km out of town.
Captain Rawlinson says on searching the vehicle members recovered 108,5 kg of Mohair with an estimated value of R43 400-00.
The suspects are being charged with possession of stolen property and will appear in the local Magistrates Court soon.
