Three suspects have been arrested for the possession of illegal firearms in Mossel Bay.
Police attached to KwaNonqaba SAPS together with the Mossel Bay Dog Unit followed up on information on Monday regarding suspected stolen firearms.
During the search in JSC Camp, Da Gamaskop, they recovered two firearms with ammunition and also managed to apprehend three suspects.
Nine cellular phones and cash to the amount of R17,800 was also found in the possession of the suspects.
The men, a Foreign National and two South-Africans, will appear in the Mossel Bay Magistrates' court on Wednesday.
