JOHANNESBURG, February 14 (ANA) – The Tsomo Regional Court on Tuesday sentenced an 18-year-old teenager to 10 years imprisonment for the rape of a three-year-old girl, Eastern Cape police said.
“It is alleged that the rape took place on 21 April 2015 at about 5pm at Siqithini Location, Xilinxa Village, Ngqamakhwe,” spokesperson Captain Jackson Manatha said.
“The accused was 16-years-old at the time of the offence.”
