Police in Port Elizabeth are searching for a suspect, after a chain store was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash in Sydenham on Saturday afternoon.
Police Capt, Stanley Jarvis says a man entered the store at around 2pm, and pretended to buy a cooldrink.
He says the man took out a firearm at the till, and demanded cash from the cashier.
Jarvis says the suspect fled the scene on foot with a substantial amount of money.
