Four murder suspects were released last week after being in custody for the murder of Cornelius Jansen from Pacaltsdorp in George.
Remains of a human sceleton that presumably belong to the 55 year old Jansen were found on 28 January in his garden in Petunia Street.
The victim's wife and three other suspects were arrested on charges of murder shortly after the gruesome discovery.
The State withdrew the murder charges due to lack of evidence.
A fifth suspect, Jansen's stepson remains in custody and will appear again in Court on 26 March.
Since the discovery more bones were discovered in neighbours garden and behind bushes in the same area.
