Three Chinese nationals have appeared in the Port Elizabeth Magistrates court in connection with a grisly murder in a restaurant on the city's beachfront earlier this month.
Two suspects were arrested last Wednesday night and the third in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The body of 37-year old Zhi Duan Huang has still not been found following the murder inside a Chinese restaurant at Dolphins Leap the weekend before.
The suspected murder weapon, described as a samurai sword, is in the possession of the police.
The suspects, with their faces hidden and covered in fabric, appeared in court earlier on Monday morning.
The media was subsequently barred from sitting in on court proceedings and the case postponed to Thursday for further investigation.
Humewood station commander, Brigadier Ronald Koll, says the suspects may not be named as an identity parade is still underway.
