Six men arrested in connection with a foiled platinum heist in Deal Party, Port Elizabeth, will appear in court on Thursday.
A police spokesperson says there's a strong police presence at the New Law Courts, where the men are expected to apply for bail.
They were arrested in the wake of a dramatic shoot-out with police in which six people were killed early last November.
Five of those were the alleged robbers while the other was a bystander caught in the crossfire.
The men allegedly tried to rob a security vehicle carrying platinum when the heist was foiled by waiting police.
