The case against three Port Elizabeth men charged with the murder of a 14-year old gir has been postponed in the magistrates court.
Their arrest ealier this month followed the discovery of the body of Stacey Lee Terreblanche in a stream at Kuyga near Greenbushes.
During Tuesday's court proceedings the defence indicated that there would be a possible plea from 28-year old Heinrich Swartz.
The state said that looking at the facts of the case it was highly unlikely that a plea would be accepted.
Swartz has since abandoned his legal representation and as he says, "will talk for himself".
The case was postponed until the 4th of February for a formal bail application.
