Four men are due to appear in court in Butterworth on Tuesday in connection with the brutal murder of an elderly woman and her daughter.
Police spokesperson, captain Jackson Manatha, says a formal bail hearing will be held.
He says the men were arrested in connection with the murder of 70-year-old Qukeza Tom and her 28-year-old daughter Liziwe.
Their bodies were found by villagers on the 24th of May.
Manatha says the Butterworth Police Womens Network will visit the Tom family this week and provide assistance for their funerals which take place on Saturday.
