Suspects in court for assassination of an eye witness

Two suspects charged with the assassination of an eye witness in a hijacking case appeared in the Motherwell magistrates court on Tuesday for a formal bail application.
Police spokesperson, Thembi Gwe says 27-year old Thandeka Mange and 23 -year old Ndumiso Booi were allegedly involved in the assaination of Zanele Jonga.
It is further alleged that Mange orchestrated the assasination of 33-year old Jonga that took place while she was at a doctor's surgery.
Gwe says Jonga was killed in June this year, just days before she was due to testify in the hijacking case that happened in 2012.
The case was postponed until the 20th December for a verdict.
