Four suspects have been arrested in connection with Sunday's murder of 70-year-old Owen Charles on his farm in the Jansenville district.
Charles was stabbed to death when he was attacked by five men on his farm, Armadale.
His wife Janet was stabbed and beaten unconcious and admitted to hospital in Port Elizabeth.
The attackers fled in Charles bakkie.
Police spokesperson, Majoor Ernest Sigobe, says the men were arrested near Knysna on Monday night.
