Mthatha police are searching for two suspects following a business robbery at the Circus Triangle Shopping complex.
Police spokesperson, Lt Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela says 4 armed suspects held up a Clicks store in the centre on Tuesday night.
Fatyela says a shoot-out occurred between the suspects and a traffic officer who was at the scene.
He says a 26-year old suspect was shot and killed and another suspect arrested.
Fatyela says police also recovered two firearms and an undisclosed sum of money.
The other suspects fled and are still at large.
