A 24-year-old man will appear in court in Kirkwood on Wednesday for the alleged murder of a 14-year-old girl.
The body of Bulelwa Stefaans was found by a passer-by in bushes near her home three days ago.
She had been strangled.
Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Basil Seekoei, says the motive for her murder is not yet known.
He says police will also oppose any bail bid by the suspects.
Seekoei says their cluster commander has commended Addo Detectives for the swift arrest in the case.
