A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing and wounding of two small children and their mother in Dobsonville, Soweto.
Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela says he will appear in the Protea Magistrate's Court on Friday.
She says two boys, aged two and three, and their 20-year-old mother were attacked during a robbery in their home on Tuesday night .
Two men were believed to be involved.
Makhubela says police are still searching for the second suspect.
The robbers fled the scene with electrical appliances.
