Workers from Nelson Mandela Bay electricity and energy department are striking at the Munelek building in Harrower road.
AlgoaFM News reporter Raahil Sain reports.
According to the workers all depots in the metro are not operational at this time.
Workers from the Uitenhage,Motherwell depots amongst others are also gathering in protest at the Munelek building.
Grievances relate to arrogance on the part of the Executive Director, legal charges brought against workers, delaying advertisements for vacancies, unfair labour practices and intimidation.
